Recovery

I'm still at my nieces house recovering from exhaustion. I will head back out to the cabin tomorrow I believe. I've been ordered to slow down my progress for working which I could not believe I could get any slower. But my age my injuries and my health are against me. I have a question for for all of you and I hope to get a clear answer,  what kind of cooking oil can I store long-term or do I have to use something like Crisco.?

  1. Hi. There are two dates on the bottle or can of cooking oil. 1. the best before date, 2. use by date. These are very important.

  2. Stored in a pantry. 2-3 years with Extra Bigin Olive Oil. And regular Olive Oil.
    Peanut oil= 3 years.
    Spray Can oil= 2 years.
    Macadamia Nut Oil= 2 years.
    Corn Oil= 1 year.
    Canola Oil= 2 years.
    Coconut Oil= 1 year.
    Safflower Oil= 2 years.
    Sunflower Oil= 2 years.
    Vegetable Oil = 1 year.
So that's about it. Peanut Oil last the longest. using the best by date.
